Three sessions focused on the foundation poses & breath work of our yoga classes, setting yourself up for a regular yoga practice throughout 2020
9.00-10.15 am Salutes to form a strong foundation
We'll slowly go through the earth & standing salutes to check our alignment & strength within each pose.
We'll close this session with gentle forward bends to slow down & absorb the work of the salutes.
10.15-10.55 am Break
Cafe available right across the car-park at Kilbirnie Pool
11.00 am - 12.00 pm Inversions to suit your body
We'll tip ourselves upside down in a way that works for you to find inversions that can stimulate, strengthen and heal.
12.00 - 1.00 pm Simple breath work & meditation
Let's find the simple breath patterns that you can use in your yoga practice always and then finish our morning in the silence
