This time I have themed the 3 classes and whilst we'll take a slow, gentle pace with more emphasis on the mind than the physical body there'll still be an element of strength and movement to keep us alert!
9.00-10.15 am "Finding your truthful voice"
Through a slow flow of yoga poses that target our throat, neck, chest, back and belly we will open up for clear, communication, so that we speak with confidence, honesty and open-ness.
10.15-10.55 am Break
Cafe available right across the car-park
11.00 am - 12.00 pm "Finding peace within"
Through a completely luxurious, restorative sequence of yoga poses we will come to our happy, content, peaceful selves.
12.00 - 12.45 pm "Finding your soul"
By working through a sequence of breath patterns and then keeping still in meditation, perhaps we can dig deep enough to discover our souls!
Dedicating a whole morning to yoga is really special, especially mid-winter when we need to take care of ourselves to stay healthy but I am totally biased.
