Schedule Example Three sessions focused on foundation poses & breath work. 9.00-10.15 am Salutes to form a strong foundation We'll slowly go through each of the poses that make up the earth & standing salutes focusing on alignment. We'll close this session with gentle forward bends to slow down & absorb the work of the salutes. 10.15-10.55 am Break Cafe available right across the car-park at Kilbirnie Pool. 11.00 am - 12.00 pm Standing poses We'll investigate slowly the key standing &poses, again focused on alignment. 12.00 - 1.00 pm Restorative poses & breath work Let's find the simple breath patterns that you can use in your yoga practice and connect them to seated restorative poses so we finish relaxed and at peace.
